We want you to be completely enamored with your luxury silk garments, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all designer tags remain attached and the silk is free from perfumes or marks to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the silk items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the garment back in its original protective tissue and designer box to prevent snagging or creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid high-priority shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the silk meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
